ICS LearnDash + WordPress Project for Training Facilitators
ICS is a consulting group serving K–12 schools with proprietary train-the-trainer materials for teachers, administrators, and staff.
They came to us struggling with a custom LMS developed by another vendor. While their previous site looked polished, it lacked core functionality. For example, each school had to share a single login across dozens of users, making it impossible to track individual progress. All quizzes were static PDFs with no analytics or reporting, and course content updates required contacting developers—creating serious bottlenecks.
After auditing their existing system and identifying key user needs, our team migrated all course content to WordPress using LearnDash. This included more than 200 digital modules, downloadable materials, and interactive quizzes. We also imported over 5,000 users, each with individual accounts and progress-tracking capabilities.
To improve scalability and cost-efficiency, we moved hosting from expensive AWS infrastructure to Convesio, offering pay-as-you-go pricing ideal for ICS’s usage patterns—heavy spikes of concurrent users during live trainings and lower activity otherwise, saving them hundreds of dollars a month.
We implemented LearnDash group functionality, detailed reporting, and the ability for school leaders to manage users directly. ICS can now easily duplicate and customize courses for each school district, thanks to LearnDash’s easy cloning and unlimited course structure.
Today, ICS is scaling its services like never before with a streamlined, scalable and flexible LMS built by Bizzy Bizzy.
