We’ll be staying in a beautiful vacation home with a pool in the Playacar neighborhood. We’ll have easy access to sun-soaked beaches and walking distance to authentic restaurants and night life in downtown Playa del Carmen. Playacar is a safe, gated community with resort vibes. You’ll be able to choose to stay in a private room or share a room with another female entrepreneur for a discount.

Why Playa del Carmen?
Playa del Carmen, affectionately known as “Playa,” is a vibrant, sun-kissed beach town on Mexico’s stunning Riviera Maya just south of Cancún. Our retreat co-host Jess has made Playa her “home away from home” for the past six years, escaping to its warm sands and lively international community each winter. She’s fallen in love with the gorgeous scenery, perfect weather, and laid-back vibe—so much so that she’s always dreamed of hosting an entrepreneurial retreat here!
Now, that dream is a reality, and we can’t wait for you to experience this little paradise with us. Beyond diving deep into your business, we invite you to soak in all that Playa has to offer.
Whether you’re looking for great spots to unwind, unique cultural experiences, or new adventures, Jess is excited to share her insider tips, favorite places, and local connections to help make your stay truly unforgettable!
Playa is an easy 45-minute ride from the Cancun airport, and we can help you arrange transportation as needed.
What do you get?
A Typical Day:
All activities are optional and will be “curated” based on the group’s needs and your individual goals, desires, restrictions, etc.
- 7:30 Tea & coffee available and catered breakfast at the house
- 8-9 am: Group yoga or meditation session
- 9 am – 10am – Expert-led presentation on one of the topics below
- 10:30 am – 12 pm: Interactive group workshop or deep-dive conversation
- 12:30: Freshly prepared catered lunch at the house
- 1:30- 2:30 pm: Take action toward your big goal, try out new skills, tools and strategies during a group co-working session. Or get focused individual support with Candy and Jess.
- 2:30 – 5:30 pm: Afternoon excursion (beach, downtown shopping, historical tour) or relax by the pool
- 6pm: Go out to dinner in one of Playa’s many wonderful restaurants
What’s Not Included:
Airfare, alcohol, transportation to/from the airport, extra excursions and shopping, travel insurance and spa services.
Bonus! Brand photo shoot for each attendee by a professional photographer! Get amazing brand photos taken in paradise to use on your website and social media!

Combining her business experience with a certification as a Soul Purpose & Spiritual Life Coach, she brings a balance of masculine + feminine energy to working with her clients who are generally women building purpose-driven, service-based businesses. Of the many tools she’s employed, her favorite is Human Design, which allows her to go deep with clients immediately to help uncover their full range of talents, subconscious blocks, and unique processes for making decisions and manifesting their goals. Pairing this essential mindset work with aligned, practical strategy is Jess’ secret sauce.

Candy is the author of two books: “Grow Your SEO” and “1 Day® Website.” She is a regular speaker and presenter on the topics of WordPress web design, branding, search engine optimization, productivity and digital marketing.
